No matter how long you've waited for it or how long you fought to have it, you just can't get it. Tell me how many times? Has this struggle made you stop? Because of course you know that it's the best thing for you. Tell me 'have' you stopped? No, right?
"Some comes, some goes.. some stays, some leaves. And with some, it's just not meant to be."

I know it sounds ridiculous when someone says "it's gonna be normal come on you are not the only one". I know the only thought that comes to our mind that time is, "You don't understand me actually. Nobody understands me". This is exactly what you feel don't you? I know it hurts. I know it hurts like hundreds of knife piercing your skin, every two seconds and the same stabbing goes on and on and on, till you bleed so much that you feel like its better to die than to live with this pain. It's okay you are not alone.
I myself had a breakdown 2 years back, Every single night all that I had in my mind was how do I manage to kill myself, because my conscious wasn't allowing me to end my life, but then, I was so lost that ending my life seemed like the only option. I was lucky that deep inside my heart I was so strong that I fought till I healed myself.
And being honest, this is something most people fails to do so because the power of the evil has taken over their heart, mind and soul so strongly that even when they want to save themselves, the negativity inside their brain don't let the light brighten up their soul.
I know I'm sounding totally "christian" here but in reality I am just telling you the truth. When I over came my situation the one thing I decided was that no matter what the situation is or who the person is, If someone is struggling from this problem I will help them getting out of it. When I got over it I promised myself that I'll at least help a single life from getting ruined by this guilt and hence I am doing it right here right now.
I don't know how many people will read it or use it, but now that you are reading this please share the post so that someone who needs it, will reach it.
Let's discuss up some major points that are letting you down or we can say are making you depressed:
- Not being successful enough.
- Feeling left out.
- Love Problems.
- Problems in balancing personal and professional life.
- Taken the wrong decision about your life (Personal or Professional).
- Or any other reason.
About feeling LEFT OUT, If someone left you they are not meant to be in your life. And if you are unable to fit in their shoes, It's okay! Not everybody has the same shoe size right? Or what if their shoes are not pretty enough? Hahahh.. you don't wanna be in it right.
BTW. the same goes for UNABLE TO BALANCE PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL LIFE, If you can't balance it, Its okay just put it in small proportion. I know you want a larger proportion for your personal life but in reality an adequate proportion for both is necessary. And keep changing it, Sometimes give more importance to profession and sometimes opposite of it give more importance to personal life. And trust me if people in your personal life really loves you they'll appreciate you giving them even the tiniest time out of your schedule and if they don't, kick the asses.
About taken WRONG DECISIONS, It's very simple you can always change things over till the time your actually willing to. You think you should have chosen a different career go for it you are never to old to follow your passion. You think you should've stopped giving too much to this person take it all back or if you can't take it.. don't give him anything from now on. Stay strong mentally. Know what you want.
And now the biggest problem of them all"LOVE PROBLEMS". Over the time almost every single depressed person I've seen, most of them give the same reason " I loved her/him and he/she broke my heart". It's okay I am not judging you why? Because I know its not your fault. Reality is "movies", "fairy tales" and all the romantic stuff made us like this. Our mind has been set up in a way that when we have nothing to think about we think about love. Movies made us weak, Now what we think about is "If I won't have someone in my life. My life will be incomplete". Now my answer to this is "BULLSHIT" in bold letters. We have to accept the fact that we are not actually meant to have someone in our life to fulfill our destiny, Because we really aren't. It's a MYTH.
So what to do to solve this depression:

Even if you don't want to or is not willing to, force yourself and just do it. Because SMILE (even the forceful one) release toxins which make us feel positive. So even though it seem stupid, it's scientifically proven.
